Southwest Key In New Doc: Saving Philanthropy

Southwest Key will be included as a non-profit company that has lead the way in using data for evidence-based decision making in a new documentary called Saving Philanthropy. The movie was produced by a former employee of Social Solutions, the company that created the case management software used by Southwest Key.

The movie seeks to answer the question of how non-profit companies can determine whether or not they are making a difference and how they can turn that knowledge into funds.

Director of Quality Assurance and Clinical Services for Southwest Key Programs Ananda Moss says Southwest Key has broken ground with its ability to tackle this issue in a way that has garnered real results. She and Southwest Key Senior Data Integration Manager Jill Nilson both appear in the documentary. Saving Philanthropy had its television debut on PBS December 15, and will be screened all over the country.

If you happen to be in Austin, you can see the film at the Alamo Drafthouse at the Ritz on February 14 and talk to Ananda and Jill at a Q&A afterward.
